At Life Saver Fellowship we visualize a sharing of the Good News of Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection with un-churched friends, family members, associates, and the disenfranchised. We envision bringing and giving them the opportunity to accept Christ as Savior and Lord of their lives. We seek to develop all our people so that they will grow as functional followers of Christ, effective in the ministry to which God has called them.
We envision training people; helping them to use the gifts God has given them in the setting of our fellowship. We envision a continual growing, training of new leaders able to implement and teach the mission of the church to newcomers, giving them the necessary foundation to grow and further the ministry task assigned to Life Saver Fellowship by Christ. We see our church becoming a community of small groups. Groups that provide the safe places where: we accept one another and are accepted; love and are loved; shepherd and are shepherded; encourage and are encouraged; forgive and are forgiven; serve and are served.
Our goal is that everyone participates in a small group and is functioning in the gift(s) God has given; every member is a minister. We see Life Saver Fellowship made up of people who are excited about God and His Word, excited about praying, giving, and worshipping Christ, making Life Saver Fellowship a beacon to the community radiating forth God's love and mercy. A church that changes as we grow. This is our dream - our vision.
